Business Development Executive (Residential, B2C) Cork & Kerry Our client: a full-service renewable energy company that provides a complete solar solution, looking for a highly motivated, results-driven B2C Sales Professional to join our team and help expand their reach to individual consumers.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and a proven track record in sales.
As a B2C Business Develoment Executive, responsible for driving growth across domestic (residential) markets with full support from the business.
Travelling to pre-qualified customers surveying properties, designing and selling solar PV and battery storage systems .
Key Responsibilities: Generate new leads and build a pipeline of potential customers through various channels ie coldcalling Engage with customers through presentations, calls, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and effectively communicate product/service benefits.
Negotiate and close sales deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Track and report sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for growth strategies.
Requirements: Proven experience in B2C sales, ideally within [specific industry].
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
