Our Digitalization and Information Technology department currently consists of ten employees and is responsible for the municipal IT of the city of Bühl.
We independently operate an IT landscape with around 400 workstations and numerous IT processes.
An open working atmosphere, cooperation at eye level and a flat hierarchy are a matter of course for us.
For our Digitalization and Information Technology department, we are looking for the earliest possible date for a IT system administrator for school IT (f/m/i) YOUR TASKS: You will be responsible for the administration of the IT landscape at the schools (network infrastructure, servers, backup, end devices, software applications, telecommunications systems) to ensure IT operations and system availability.
You will be actively involved in the optimization and further development of school IT solutions as well as in the selection and introduction of the associated hardware and software solutions.
You are the IT contact person for the schools and the companies to be supported.
You are responsible for independent project work as well as creating and updating the necessary IT documentation.
Your tasks will also include working with and supporting school management, external service providers and the school administration.
YOUR PROFILE: Training as an IT specialist in system integration (f/m/i) or comparable knowledge and skills.
You have knowledge of information and communication technology as well as server and network technology, ideally in schools.
You have knowledge of Windows operating systems, server operating systems based on Windows and Linux as well as virtualization.
You have good knowledge of working with IT end devices (Windows, iOS, Android) You are characterized by an independent and careful way of working as well as analytical and structured thinking Your strengths include the ability to work in a team, commitment, a sense of responsibility and reliability.
