Job Description We are looking for a dynamic manager to help develop our mechanical & electrical maintenance engineering services business.
The position will be a Dublin office-based, client facing role with the primary goal of developing our engineering services maintenance department.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts to successfully deliver cutting edge projects.
Proven record delivering Mechanical projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, on time and within budget.
Experience of managing combined Mechanical / Electrical projects a distinct advantage.
Commercially and contractually competent with a good understanding of project P&L.
Proven ability to manage an existing core cross-functional team / develop the team Requirements Relevant third level qualification essential (Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or similar).
3 to 5 Years leadership experience or substantial engineering support or project management experience in a team-based environment is required.
Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing and presentation skills essential.
Individual must possess strong leadership skills, proven ability to coach and mentor individuals in technical skills and people development areas.
The individual should enjoy working in a dynamic and results driven team-based environment with flexibility essential.
