Overview of the Role We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Assistant to join our fast-paced marketing team.
The team provide an important support service for the entire Jones Engineering group.
We are looking for someone whohas a keen eye for detail, can multitask, and who has good time-management and people skills.
Responsibilities: Looking after day to day marketing queries for various departments and sites within the company.
Managing stock of branded merchandise, fulfilling orders and arranging timely distribution for events, site incentives etc.
Raising requisitions for all marketing spend on SAP.
Work with numerous members of the organisation to prepare Pre-Qualification Documents.
Create and/or review powerpoint presentations to ensure brand, design and layout consistency.
Create organisation charts in Microsoft Word/Powerpoint when required.
Reformat employee CV's to ensure brand consistency.
Ensure all documents in the marketing library are always up to date.
Update website content when necessary.
Support in the creation of content for social media if necessary.
Support the organisation of promotional events and trade shows.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and opportunities for brand growth.
Other general marketing and communication support activities as required.
Skills & Experience: 2+ years experience Experience with Powerpoint & Microsoft Word/Excel required Experience using Adobe Software/SAP advantageous but not essential Benefits We offer a competitive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
