Juice Bar Manager

We are recruiting a Duty Manager to join our team in our latest venture Fruitality in Terminal 2 Dublin Airport.
The new colleague will work alongside an amazing General Manager that has colleague growth & training at the heart of what they do.

Have an outgoing and friendly personality Have excellent customer service skills Be a born people person and leader Be proficient in written and spoken English Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and work well under pressure General duties will include, but are not limited to: Training and development of staff Managing the day-to-day operations Administration, cash controls and implementation of all HACCP and any other required training Roster and stock controls To deal with any problems that may arise on a daily basis and report these to the General Manager To ensure all staff comply with Company policy and procedures.
