Due to expansion we are recruiting for a Part Time / Full Time Junior Accounts and Payroll Administrator in our Support Office in Ashbourne.
This is a great opportunity for someone to learn new skills and grow within a fast paced environment as part of the Finance Team.
Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Duties & responsibilities Input and reconcile accounts payable & accounts receivable Working alongside the Purchasing Department Complete weekly payroll for several entities within the group Working alongside the Area Manager for payroll purposes Review and record employee expenses Add new starters to HR System Knowledge of processing bank payments Ensure accounts filing is kept up to date Co-ordinate Manual Handling courses Any other financial administration duties required About you Be willing to learn new skills IPASS completion and HR knowledge is an advantage but not essential Have a minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role Experience using Intact IQ, Softworks and Thesaurus is a distinct advantage Must be organised and detail focused Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Ability to work as the finance team Must have strong communication skills Have strong MS skills in particular MS Excel Be flexible in your approach to work Other: Attractive Salary Cycle to work scheme Staff discount Employee Assistance Programme Education opportunities Career progression opportunities 20 days annual leave (Pro Rata for Part Time Staff)
