Junior Cloud Backend Developer – Co. Mayo/Remote Our client, a leading provider of EPOS systems in the UK & Ireland seeks to hire a Junior Backend/Cloud Developer to support the team's development processes and accelerate the company's journey to the cloud.

Responsibilities:Work as part of the Cloud Development Team on work items managed through Azure boards using Agile methodologies.Deliver Sprint goals.Utilize Azure DevOps tools to enable efficient CI/CD.C# & .NET development WITH Azure functions.Work in collaboration with the QA team to ensure high quality delivery of software development projects.Participate in daily scrum ceremonies to align with the rest of the team and R&D organization on projects.The Ideal Candidate will have experience in some or all of the following:Commercial experience in .NET/.NET Core.REST API Integrations experience.Experience with Azure Cloud and related tools/technologies.Exposure to Azure DevOps and CI/CD.Experience with SQL/TSQL.Exposure to Cloud native technologies and Microservice architectures.Design Pattern Awareness.Knowledge of the full SDLC/Agile methodologies and experience working on development projects from requirements to deployment.Experience in Development and Design of Retail Software is an advantage but not essential.If interested in learning more about this exciting opportunity, please forward your CV using the apply button.
