Junior Hr Business Partner

Our client is seeking a talented HR Business Partner to join a dynamic and successful Irish company based in South Dublin. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work as part of a larger HR team and contribute to the company's growth and success.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIREDBuilding and maintaining relationships with the HR Department and assigned Business Units.Providing daily support and advice to line managers on employee relations, welfare, and performance issues.Resolving grievances and disputes in accordance with company policies.Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and fulfill recruitment needs.Assessing training requirements for teams and individuals and coordinating with the L&D team.Participating in and leading Group HR initiatives as needed.Assisting managers with compensation, benefits, and employee relations processes.Supporting and guiding less experienced HR professionals.Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.EXPERIENCE REQUIREDAt least 5 years of experience in a senior HR role.A degree in HR or a related field.A CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.Strong leadership and communication skills.The ability to align business and HR strategies.The ability to travel regularly within Europe.
