Responsibilities: Supervise and support night staff in delivering consistent, high-quality customer service.
Oversee guest check-ins, check-outs, and late arrivals, ensuring a smooth experience and responding to guest inquiries or concerns.
Monitor security procedures, conduct nightly safety checks, and address any urgent maintenance issues.
Manage inventory and restocking of supplies to ensure efficient operations for the following day.
Handle cash transactions, reconcile the till, and prepare shift reports for management review.
Support and train the night team in safety protocols and standard operating procedures to maintain a secure environment.
Collaborate with the day management team to identify process improvements and maintain service continuity.
Review and respond to customer feedback, using insights to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications: 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory role in hospitality or a related field.
Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage guest concerns efficiently.
Familiarity with security protocols and safety procedures, with a focus on creating a safe environment for guests and staff.
Basic financial and cash handling experience, including end-of-shift reconciliation.
Ability to work independently, lead a team, and maintain composure during busy or challenging periods.
Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
