The company is now looking to add a highly motivated program controller to join a dedicated team responsible for oversight of liquid alternative products managed by the Company.
Job specification: The team is looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated program controller. The successful person will be responsible for data collation, validation and review for reporting on behalf of liquid alternative funds managed by the management company.
This role will include the following activities:
Oversight of the entire product life cycle of investment companies managed by the CompanyMonitoring of investment fund NAV development including performance, fees and investor flowsReview and completion of quality check on data for internal and external reporting purposes (SFTR, PRIIPs KID, NAV, TER, etc.)Review, quality check, troubleshooting and ensuring availability of data at mandatory external & internal data sourcesPreparation of board reporting and KPI reporting for senior managementTracking voting, price approvals and governance related tasksCollation and tracking of invoicing across multiple service providersTrack and monitor withholding tax data across investment fundsSupport fund audit and statutory reportingService provider meetings, periodic review, annual DD etc.Ad-hoc queries and project workRequirements Finance-related degree or similar qualification;Minimum three years experience in a fund accounting or regulatory reporting roleChallenging mindset with a desire to constantly refine and improve processes;Organized and ability to meet demanding deadlines;Strong communication skills (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills;Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or programming experience (macros, visual basic, python, etc)Keen interest in the broader investment and asset management environment.Contact Information If you are interested in becoming an integral part of a successful alternative investment management team in an international, multicultural working environment we will be pleased to get to know you soon.
