JOB PURPOSE We are seeking a talented Junior QA Engineer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing tests in line with agreed requirements and solutions.
This role involves the design and execution of test cases for internal and customer-facing applications.
You will collaborate closely with technical and non-technical product owners as well as developers to ensure that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

See our special video here: Companjon INSURTECH100   ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES What you will do as a Junior QA Engineer in Companjon Develop and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases to validate functional and non-functional aspects.
Analyse requirements and review acceptance criteria to create well defined tests that are traceable back to requirements Execution of functional, E2E, exploratory, regression and integration tests Develop and maintain automatic tests for functional, integration and regression testing Identify and document defects  Participate in defect triage discussions and track bugs through to resolution working closely with developers Contribute to management reporting and test metrics Work closely with our external automation partner Complete ownership of UAT process to sign off on quality of deliverables.
Stay up to date with new testing methodologies and tools QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS What you will need to succeed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in software quality assurance, with hands on expertise in automation tools Solid understanding of development lifecycles, testing methodologies and QA processes.
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Proven experience in API testing with tools such as Postman.
Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools for code, GUI and APIs such as Selenium, Python, Postman, Tosca Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous testing Genuine interest in stay up to date with new manual/automation tools Technical skills – SQL, Agile preferential Jira or similar experience Non-functional testing experience advantageous Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
