We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our team, focusing on both temporary and permanent placements.
This role is ideal for someone eager to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities: Temporary Staff Management:Coordinate and manage the placement of temp staff within client locations, ensuring smooth operations and high satisfaction.
Key Account Management:Develop and nurture client relationships, maintaining active CRM to drive business growth.
Candidate Sourcing:Use job portals, social platforms, and personal networks to find and engage top talent.
Client Satisfaction:Ensure client needs are met and maintain high levels of satisfaction through effective service delivery.
Database Management:Keep detailed records and manage client and candidate information efficiently.
Communication:Provide excellent customer service support to clients and field staff, both over the phone and in person.
Your Experience: 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or hospitality sectors.
Demonstrated success in achieving recruitment targets and client satisfaction.
Strong skills in business development and candidate engagement.
Proficient in using digital marketing and recruitment systems.
Self-driven, competitive, and results-focused.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly.
Effective telephone skills, capable of building rapport and managing calls.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure with good time management.

Identify and address any safeguarding concerns promptly and ensure compliance.
