Kitchen Porter

Job Title: Kitchen Porter Responsible to: Head Chef Key Communications: Lobby & Restaurant Supervisor, Operations and Kitchen Roles & Responsibilies: The successful candidate will ensure all crockery, cutlery and glassware is washed and polished in a timely fashion to keep the lobby and restaurant running smoothly.
You will also be expected to ensure that all all floor ways, walls, work surfaces are kept in a clean and tidy manner.
Candidates will have experience working in a busy kitchen environment, and be prepared to help out with other tasks as and when the need arises.
