Law Searcher/Admin AssistantDepartment: Customer Operations

DescriptionThe role of the Law Searcher/Admin Assistant will be part of a team where you will be tasked with carrying out searches and providing reports to clients.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of attention to detail and strong organisation skills which they will utilise to meet strict deadlines.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately carry out conveyance and debt searches for our clients in the legal and financial sector.Manage multiple tasks covering a broad range of law searching and administration duties.Search registers both manually and online (e.g., judgment, bankruptcy, planning, Registry of Deeds, and Land Registry).Handle a high volume of client inquiries with accuracy by telephone and email, adhering to strict deadlines in line with our clients' SLA's.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and submit reports.Manage queries and complaints, ensuring speed and quality of resolution.Correspond effectively and efficiently with customers and clients via email and telephone.Conduct online searches at the Registry of Deeds, Land Registry, Judgments, and Bankruptcies (full training will be provided).Compile and issue reports based on search results.Perform some out-of-office work attending the Central Office of the High Court, Planning Department, and Registry of Deeds. Skills, Knowledge & ExpertisePrevious administration experience.Experience working with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook.Ability to self-manage and display a high level of organisation.Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask and manage/prioritise workflow to meet strict deadlines.Good attention to detail.Able to work on-site from our Dublin office 4 days a week.
