About Your New Role This position involves overseeing operations, administration, technology, partnerships and funding.
As Administration Lead you will supervise the registration and compliance with the Charities Regulator and ensure that all processes and documentation are in place.
Identify and secure funding through grants, partnerships, sponsorships and other channels while preparing grant applications Represent the organisation at networking events, build relationships with key partners and promote collaboration Oversee programme development, conduct workshops, mock interviews and other interactive sessions Lead and support a small team and encourage professional growth among team members What Skills You Need Experience in disability advocacy or social enterprise is highly desirable Demonstrated experience in programme management, administration, funding acquisition and stakeholder management.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills Excellent IT experience You must be proactive, empathetic and dedicated to fostering an inclusive workplace and community.
