Reach out to prospects, businesses, and/or the community, while creating an overarching image that represents the brand positively.
Conduct research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing and sales strategies.
Research the brand and prepare companies for target market.
Conduct campaigns for marketing initiatives.
Produce marketing and promotional materials.
Create content for emails and presentations.
Create and execute effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and increase market share.
Build and improve our CRM and sales system.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals, ensuring consistent performance.
Oversee the CRM system to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and improve customer retention.
Track key performance metrics (KPIs) for both sales and marketing efforts, providing regular reports and insights for continuous improvement.
Produce internal communications.
Conduct customer and market research.
Prepare all sales scripts, emails, etc.
Build new client relationships.
Appointment setting for yourself and the MD.
New and existing client meetings, upselling, and cross-selling.
Develop and implement processes that streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
Oversee daily activities of the team, ensuring all tasks align with project timelines and objectives.
Allocate and manage budgets for operations, ensuring financial targets are met.
Ensure that resources are effectively allocated across projects and teams to maximize productivity.
Prepare regular reports on operational performance, highlighting areas for improvement and potential cost savings.
Implement quality control measures to ensure all services provided meet the agency's standards.
Provide training and mentorship to team members on operational best practices.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables for each client project.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project status and updates.
Assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
Monitor project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and documented.
Track project performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and report findings to senior management.
Gather feedback from clients and team members to improve project processes and outcomes.
Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients, including SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns.
Ensure all digital content aligns with quality standards and brand messaging.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools, applying this knowledge to enhance agency offerings.
Manage all aspects of online campaigns, from planning through execution and analysis.
Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, providing regular updates and insights to the team and clients.
Provide training and mentorship to team members on digital marketing best practices and tools.
Collaborate effectively with team members using the CRM (BrandBMS), email, and Google Calendar.
