Job Description
In your new role you will:
Drive concept development and innovation in microcontroller Sensor IPs, leveraging a deep understanding of microcontroller architectures and applicationsEnsure the development of secure and reliable IPs by considering functional safety (ISO 26262), cyber security (ISO 21434), and production-related aspectsTranslate stakeholder and product requirements into hardware and software requirements, and define implementable solutions that meet those requirementsDevelop a deep understanding of Analog IP and provide detailed digital requirements, identifying and addressing potential gaps to ensure seamless integration and optimal solutionsCreate and own technical documentation (such as user manuals and data sheets) in line with internal processes, and ensure that safety architects have the necessary material to deliver work products compliant with ISO26262Collaborate cross-functionally with cluster architects, system engineers, application engineers, functional safety experts, design, verification, and validation teams to promote a state-of-the-art development strategyPerform technical risk management for microcontroller architecture and design across IP, subsystem, and SoC hierarchies, leveraging key knowledge of technical challenges and development constraints Your Profile
As a Lead Principal Engineer Digital Architecture/Designer, you are an integral part of a dynamic, cross-functional team, bringing with you the ability to communicate effectively and proactively across diverse teams.
Your collaborative spirit and adaptability enable you to thrive in a fast-paced environment, fostering innovation through your exceptional problem-solving skills and extensive technical expertise.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical fieldAt least 15 years of relevant working experience in chip architecture, design, or a related fieldIn-depth knowledge of microcontrollers and automotive/mixed-signal applications, with a strong understanding of the complexities and challenges involvedExpertise in mixed-signal or DSP designA good understanding of the analog domainExperience working on SOC architectures based around mixed-signal IPsProven experience in writing user manuals and defining data sheet valuesBasic knowledge of functional safety and cyber security standardsExperience with Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA) is a plusWorking experience in international and cross-functional technical teams within a multicultural environment, with a proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectivelyFluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Please send us your CV in English.
