Lead Workpath Facilitator Dublin Region, Permanent Contract, 39 hours Job Purpose Lead and develop a team of WorkPath Facilitators, providing guidance to managers and Rehab Enterprise employees seeking employment.
Manage a caseload of employees with health issues or disabilities, collaborating to create individualised action plans and supporting them through the employment process.
Participate in service reviews, design job development strategies, and maintain detailed records and reports to optimise outcomes for the business and employees.
Minimum Education & Skills required 3 rd level qualification A qualification in Coaching, Adult Guidance, Youth Work or similar would be a distinct advantage.
7-10 years' experience working in the Disability or Community sector.
Experience managing a caseload of clients Experience supporting people into employment Understanding of Disabilities: A deep understanding of various disabilities and how they impact employment is crucial.
This includes knowledge of physical, intellectual, and sensory disabilities.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with Programme Participants, employers, and other stakeholders.
Job Duties & Responsibilities Lead and develop a small team of WorkPath Facilitators in the delivery of WorkPath services through the provision of advice, support, and guidance to managers and Rehab Enterprise employees seeking employment opportunities.
Manage a caseload of Rehab employees with health issues or disabilities towards employment and related outcomes.
Maintain detailed records and provide regular reports against targets.
Work in collaboration with each Rehab Enterprises employees seeking employment opportunities to identify their needs, skills, experiences and work aspirations in order to develop individual action plans.
Design proactive job development strategies as needed, including employability skill building, to help employees secure employment opportunities Additional requirements Participate in service reviews and evaluations, to include completion of initial needs / risk assessments for employees as required and reporting any significant change in an employee's well-being in order to monitor employee progress and changing needs.
Support the employee and external company during the matching process of Work Ready Programme and for the duration of the placement.
