Learning And Development Specialist

Cpl Recruitment are looking for a Permanent Learning and Development Specialist to join an organisation in Dublin City. The role is Hybrid and the candidate must have 1 years experience in Learning and Development.
Responsibilities:Provide administrative support for the L&D function in the planning, co-ordination and delivery.Liaise with training groups with the roll-out of their training programmes.Co-ordinate the quarterly Induction Programme with new employees.Arrange the booking of trainers, venues, travel, accommodation and facilities for the organisations events.Answer any learning and development employee queries.Create reports on learning and development.Monitor the L&D evaluation forms.Assist with other L&D matters and on-going projects as required.Co-ordinate the Graduate Programme within the organisation.Co-ordinate the recruitment, induction, training, and on-going support of Graduate programme.What you will need:Previous Learning and Development Specialist experience in the HR field.Relevant third level qualification at degree level in HR with CIPD membership (desirable).Proven HR Generalist and strong admin experience.Must have excellent organisational skill with strong focus on attention to detail.If this sounds like a role you would be interested in and suitable for please email your CV to ****** or call 01 947 6328.
