Facilitation and Coaching: Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees to facilitate their professional growth and performance improvement.
Onboarding and Orientation: Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they receive comprehensive training and support as they integrate into the organization.
Develop orientation materials and resources to familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, and culture.
Performance Management: Assist in the implementation of performance management systems, providing guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews and development planning.
Track and assess employee progress and provide feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
Training Administration: Maintain training records, schedules, and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor training budgets and resources to ensure effective use of available funds.
Evaluation and Reporting: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making improvements as necessary.
Prepare regular reports on training activities and outcomes for management review.
Requirements: Experience: Previous experience in a learning and development or training role, preferably within the hospitality industry, is preferred.
Educational Background: A degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
Skills and Competencies: Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
