Legal Administrative Assistant - Healthcare

Join the Healthcare team of one of Irelands top 5 law firms.
Working in a team environment, you will provide administrative support to the Legal PA, Legal Executives and Solicitors on this busy and close team.
You will work from beautiful offices in Dublin 2 with a minimum requirement of three days onsite.
This role is not suitable for candidates who are sitting or planning to sit FE1 examinations.
To be considered for this role you will ideally have: Minimum of one years experience in a busy administrative role ideally in a legal or professional services setting.
Strong experience using MS Office and working in a team.
Your daily duties will vary but will include: Conducting conflict and AML checks on new clients.
Opening new client files and archiving closed files.
Document management both paper and through the online CMS including printing, photocopying, creating files and folders.
Ad-hoc admin support to the team.
