Legal Internship With German

We are looking forLegal Interns to join our Dublin based Legal Resource Centre ("LRC")
This is a unique opportunity to become part of an exciting, dynamic and multicultural / multijurisdictional team of lawyers based in Dublin which provides support to IBM's business in close cooperation with the local legal teams in various EMEA countries.

Your responsibilities:
General legal tasks includingconfidentiality agreements, procurement etc.
Transactional and contractual support for commercial agreements
General legal queries across a variety of topics pertinent to IBM business
Regulatory and anti-corruption compliance support worldwide.
