Well regarded law firm in Dublin 2 seeks switched-on legal secretary to support a professional and relaxed team ( 2 partners and 3 associates) in the Banking & Finance department.
Well regarded law Firm Broad Range of High Profile International Clients Corporate & Professional Environment Salary: €38,000 - €42,000; plus bonus, pension, travel pass, health insurance, life assurance, and 23 days AL.
Working Hours: 9 - 5.30 with little or no overtime required.
We are seeking a candidate who is switched on, motivated, hardworking, and will hit the ground running in this position.
A minimum of four years corporate/commercial legal secretarial experience is highly desired - preferably in corporate, commercial or taxation matters.
There will be many deadlines to meet and high pressure situations, so the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise is essential.
To fulfil expectation you will have excellent skills, teamed with fast and accurate typing.
Top notch communication skills both verbal and written will stand you in good stead.
As you will be dealing with high profile clients, an understanding of the importance of confidentiality and discretion is paramount.
