Accounts Receivable Administrator (Fixed Term with Potential to Go Permanent Location: Ballymount, Dublin 12 Hours: Full-Time (Monday to Friday) Salary: €30,000 - €35,000 This is a fantastic opportunity to support our operations and grow with the company in a full-time, fixed-term role that has the potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities: ?
Provide administrative support to the finance team.

Manage and maintain office systems, filing, and databases.

Handle incoming inquiries, both over the phone and by email, in a professional and timely manner.

Process paperwork, reports, and documents accurately and efficiently.
?
Assist in preparing reports, and other materials as required.
?
Perform other general administrative tasks as required.
The Person Key Skills and Experience: ?
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred ?
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously ?
Excellent written and verbal communication skills ?
Proficiency in both Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team ?
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills ?
A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn
