The successful candidate will be reporting to the Deputy General Manager. This role may suit a person looking for the next step on the ladder as well as to develop their knowledge and skills in the industry.

The duties of this role include the following: To ensure the smooth running of the leisure centre operation. Ensure the best levels of customer care within the property. Support employees with training and development, employee engagement and any HR issues. To help implement and maintain the highest standard operating procedures for all service areas. To liaise with the General Manager regarding all operational issues. Recruitment and rostering of staff to business levels. Drive sales and role model exemplary customer service at all times. The ideal candidate should have the following: Knowledge and experience of using invoice systems - definite advantage. At least 6 months experience as a leisure centre supervisor is essential. Be eligible to work in Ireland and be fluent in both written and spoken English. Candidates must have the following qualifications: Fully qualified and certified gym instructor. Fully qualified and certified lifeguard (cert in date). Certified in occupational first aid (cert in date) - desirable but not essential. Certified pool plant operator (cert in date) - desirable but not essential. REPs Ireland registration. Dalata Hotel Group Plc is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
