Objective of the Role You would join a highly motivated team who are very passionate about customer service and the fitness industry.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the leisure centre manager.
This role may suit an experienced leisure centre attendant looking for the next step on the ladder as well as to develop their knowledge and skills.

The duties of this role include the following: To ensure the smooth running of the Leisure Centre operation.
Ensure the best levels of customer care within the property.
Support the leisure centre manager with employee training and development, employee engagement and any HR issues.
To help implement and maintain the highest standard operating procedures for all service areas.
To liaise with the General Manager and Leisure Centre manager regarding all operational issues.
Drive sales and role model exemplary customer service at all items.
Maintain the cleanliness of the Leisure Centre areas.
The ideal should havethe following: Knowledge and experience of using Invoice system - definite advantage At least 6 months previous experience as a LeisureCentre supervisor is essential Be eligible to work legally in Ireland and Must be fluent in written and spoken English Candidates must have the following qualifications: Fully qualified and certified Gym Instructor Fully qualified and certified Lifeguard ( cert in date ) Certified in Occupational First Aid (cert in date ) Certified Pool Plant Room operator( cert in date ) - desirable but not essential Reps Ireland registration About our culture: Dalata Hotel Group Irelands largest hotel group has a number of exciting positions on the horizon.
