The successful candidate will be employed as a Service Engineer within the customer service department.
The main responsibilities are to provide remote and on-site support for Liebherr customers and global network of mixed sales companies.
While ensuring a customer focus and continuous improvement.
Close cooperation internally and with external departments for support is essential.
Key elements of the role Responsibilities shall include but are not limited to the following.
Provision of maintenance and service for the full range of products and services from Liebherr Container Cranes.
Deliver timely support for customers, both directly and indirectly through network of mixed sales companies (MSC).
Communication with customers on service and related matters.
Support commissioning of cranes after installation at site, including testing and handover formalities Provision of services to include crane refurbishment and maintenance contracts.
Liaising with internal departments to eliminate faults and improve products and services.
Checking of drawings and preparation of documentation for site.
Preparation and delivery of technical reports on project / job completion.
Liaising with internal departments to eliminate faults and improve products.
Work with our sales department and global network of Mixed Sales Companies (MSC) to promote and develop business opportunities.
Maintain a customer focused approach.
Ensure quality, environmental and Health & Safety standards are always maintained.
Contribute to Continuous Improvement and Quality Management.
