Life Science Consultants (Lsc) | People Development Professional

LSC have a great contract opportunity for a People Development Professional to join a leading Global Pharmaceutical company based in Cork.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the delivery of Dignity and Respect in Action program for the site.
Own, deliver and further develop our internal L&D programme content Support and deliver Global Leadership Development Programmes.
Own site metrics for People Development with a keen eye on business impact and ROI.
Deliver and provide feedback on selected psychometric assessments at individual and team level.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES: Professional qualification in organisational psychology/training or learning and development is essential, with manufacturing experience.
Training delivery and evaluation (previously Train the trainer QQI Level 6) or equivalent Preference for qualified Coach and psychometric qualification, particularly Insights Note: Are you currently eligible to work in Ireland?
As this is a contract opportunity you will need to hold a Stamp 1G/Stamp 4 visa to apply!
