Health & Safety Officer Location: Dublin Airport Airside Project About the Role: An excellent opportunity to join a dynamic HSEQ team and gain valuable experience in site operations within a fast-paced civil engineering environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring safety standards are upheld across large-scale construction projects while developing your skills and expertise.

Coordinate and deliver EHS-related training, inductions, and staff upskilling.
Update site inductions regularly to reflect evolving site conditions.
Maintain and update Environmental Health & Safety plans and risk assessments.
Support the management of ISO & 45001 accredited systems.
Attend daily site meetings and address safety-related concerns as required.
Conduct accident investigations and produce incident reports (near misses, first aid cases, etc.).
Support the maintenance and development of Environmental, Health & Safety management systems.
Communicate effectively across all levels of the company regarding EHS matters.
Represent the company in dealings with regulatory bodies.
Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification.
Hold toolbox talks to communicate EHS requirements and learnings.
Audit, control, and manage subcontractor H&S documentation and insurance policies.
Requirements: 3rd level qualification in Health & Safety or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the construction or engineering industry.
Strong ability to work on own initiative and innovate when required.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Full driving license preferred.
