About the Role: As a Financial Accountant, you will play a vital role within the finance team, reporting to the Finance Manager (Accounting & Reporting).
Your contributions will help ensure the organisation's resources are managed efficiently and transparently, supporting its mission to bring meaningful change.

Flexibility: Hybrid working available- 2 days in office Key Responsibilities: Prepare and reconcile monthly general ledgers and post routine/non-routine journal entries.
Manage and report on organisational income and produce monthly finance reports for management.
Deliver detailed departmental income and expense analysis reports.
Support internal and external audit processes, including producing year-end financial statements.
Assist with budgeting, cash flow, and scenario planning while ensuring compliance with organisational policies.
Champion a robust governance and internal controls environment.
Is this you?
Part Qualified Accountant (ACA /ACCA/ CIMA or equivalent) Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a finance function.
Proficiency in general ledger management and financial reporting.
