Join our clients team as a Maintenance Inventory & Spare Parts Co Ordinator and take charge of maintaining our maintenance inventory, managing spare parts, and optimising stock levels.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the receipt, inspection, and certification of goods delivered to maintenance storage.
Manage the issuing and returning of spare parts for maintenance tasks.
Conduct cycle counts and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate stock levels.
Serve as the primary contact for spare parts queries and storage management.
Collaborate with Purchasing to streamline the order process and manage the annual stock consumption budget.
Forecast demand, schedule maintenance activities, and ensure timely parts availability.
Support maintenance planning, shipping activities, and the return of assets for overhaul/repair.
What Were Looking For: Strong organizational and communication skills.
Technical aptitude with the ability to recognize and identify engineering parts.
Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Excel.
Experience with ERP and Maximo systems is a plus, though training will be provided.
Familiarity with 5S and good housekeeping practices.
