Position: Maintenance Plumber Location: Dublin Company Description We are a leading engineering services company with a proven track record of high quality, customer focused project delivery for over 130 years.
Our core divisions include Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Sprinkler and Fire Protection.
Some of the other services we provide include Waste to Energy (BioEnergy), Specialist Lift, Off Site Fabrication, Technical Support Services, Maintenance, Asset Management, BIM (Building Information Modelling) and Geo-Surveying.

Skills and Requirements Minimum 5 years post apprenticeship experience in service and repair in all aspects of HVAC plant requiredCarry out maintenance and repair of HVAC plantGas weldingFault finding in all aspects of HVAC plantCarry out reactive call outs and unscheduled worksTo ensure all works are carried out to a high standard and to be delivered on timeTo work with company CMMS and keep updated at all timesExcellent communication skills with the ability to work individually as well as a part of a teamThe ability to start and develop excellent relationships with clientsValid/Full clean driver's license essentialFamiliar with the use of BMS systems desirableAdvantageous but not essential skills Experience maintaining Commercial Boilers, Air Handling Units, Supply and Extract Fans and all ancillary boiler house plant.Experience maintaining Single Splits, VRV systems, ChillersRGI preferred but not essential.We offer a competitive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
