Please note that this position is based in St. Mary of the Angels, Beaufort, Co. Kerry .
Maintenance Supervisor Permanent - Full Time   The successful candidate will be flexible, committed and possess service development experience/project work together with:   A recognized, relevant and validated City and Guild's qualification or a minimum of five years relevant experience in the area of maintenance.
Skills and experience in the area of plumbing, heating, electrical, fitting, carpentry and decorating.
Experience of managing a team.
An ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines.
A high capacity for responsibility together with excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management and communication skills with an ability to prioritize workload.
An ability to undertake and complete projects.
A full clean driving licence for a manual vehicle is essential.
