Maintenance Technician

LMC FM is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician (Plumber) to join our growing team.

Responsibilities: • Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance of customer plant and equipment to optimise performance.
• Ensure real time repair of plant and equipment within optimum time frame.
• Report all faults, damages, and mechanical defaults to the technical department.
• Ensure any plant unsafe to use is taken out of service and the appropriate department notified.
• Accurately record all checks as required on Planned Preventative Maintenance.
• Document accurately all works carried out and materials used.
• Perform all Pre-Start, hygiene, and safety checks as necessary.
• Adhere to company safety policies at all times.
Experience: • Must be fluent English speaker and be permitted to work in Ireland.
• Excellent communication and customer care skills.
• Fully Qualified • Three plus years' experience in a Plumbing role
