About the RoleAs a Recruiting Manager, you will manage a team of existing Recruiters responsible for scaling Rippling's Sales, Marketing, CX, Ops and G&A functions in the EMEA region as well as manage requisitions yourself in a player coach role. You will help execute and continuously improve recruiting strategies and data sets to ensure we hit our hiring targets.
As the Recruiting Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies to identify, attract, and engage top talent for the company. This role will require the manager to lead a team of recruiters who develop relationships with hiring managers and candidates while leveraging technology and resources to source and screen potential candidates, and partner with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
You will help in scaling the TA org and recruiting engine and have big targets to hit, so this role will make an immediate impact with the business and the sourcing team responsible for generating pipeline.
What you will doYou'll manage an existing team of recruiters while fostering a strong team bond.Partner with Business Leaders to align on hiring needs to best leverage sourcing focus and therefore impact.Partner with the Business Sourcing team to align on best practices to be leveraged across all Sourcers, as well as identifying function-specific needs that remain unique.Develop creative strategies and messaging for engaging top-of-funnel talent across disciplines.Help drive data integrity and hygiene with the team to set us up for success in using data to inform and influence our overall recruiting strategy.Analyze pass-through data to detect trends, derive insights, and adjust strategies to optimize top of funnel.Advise business leaders on innovative recruiting strategies utilizing external market insights and intelligence to influence how we think about building effective top of funnel.Help define and evaluate our recruiting metrics to continuously measure and improve team performance and productivity.Act as part of the TA leadership team, and as such, participate in, and contribute, to overall TA initiatives, improvement, and leadership.What you will needA minimum of 8 years progressive professional experience in Business Recruiting.People Leadership experience, either directly via people management, or via mentoring and being a team SME, go-to leader.Experience collaborating with, and partnering with, virtual teams, and preferably global teams.Desire and ability to build.
