This is an excellent opportunity for the right person. This person will take the business to the next level and lead the development of the business into the future. Mentoring and support will be available as the candidate grows into the role in the initial stages. An enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, business minded person is required to grow the existing business and lead the team. This role will be a permanent, long-term role with great opportunity to grow your career along with the business. The opportunity to be mentored into full management and to buy in to the business is also a serious option within 1-2 years.

Requirements To be located in Cork, or be willing to relocate to Cork, at least in the initial period. Have a strong interest in Horticulture and a background in the industry Have a strong ability at Business development and sales. Strong marketing interest and ability to develop the brand. Good customer service, people skills and communication ability Good organisational and management skills A love of plants and flowers and horticulture is an advantage. A track record in sales, business, and marketing We are particularly interested in talking to people who have the ambition to run their own business one day or are currently running their own business.
