2K develops and publishes interactive entertainment globally for console systems, handheld gaming devices and personal computers, including smartphones and tablets. 2K is a leading publisher of today's most popular gaming genres and most well-known for critically acclaimed game franchises like NBA 2K, WWE 2K, BioShock, Borderlands, Evolve, XCOM and the beloved Sid Meier's Civilization.

What is the Role: This full-time role presents an exciting new opportunity within the dynamic, collaborative & consistently evolving 2K Player Connections department. The successful candidate will be responsible for Owned Media activations, central to the support and success of both ongoing and highly anticipated upcoming titles. Campaigns will involve both In-Game & CRM activations utilising new industry-leading technology, granting an unrivalled opportunity to spearhead Owned Media activations, strategy and optimisation spanning all regions - across the globe.

From inception to execution, you'll manage these activations - working closely with cross-functional teams to plan, implement, optimize campaigns and analyse performance - taking forward learnings for future campaigns and sharing these across titles as we continue to ensure state of the art 2K Publishing. Collaboration is key, involving internal teams such as Brand and Product Marketing, Product Management, Analytics, Marketing Tech, HTML Developers, Legal - to name a few!

Additionally, you'll contribute to scalable technology projects aimed at improving the Owned team's marketing toolkit and future-proofing 2K's Owned activations. You will also be responsible for the learning & development of more junior team members ensuring they continue to increase their remit, impact & positive career trajectory.

What you will do: CRM Activations – Execution and Optimization: Own the campaign management process from start to finish, engage with stakeholders on campaigns planning and deliverables - including leading on strategic, tech & efficiency improvements. In-Game Messaging - Execution and Optimization: Gather and manage necessary information, building, scheduling, QA & reporting on in-game activations - including leading on strategic, tech & efficiency improvements. In-Game Storefront – Execution and Optimization: Gather and manage necessary information, building, scheduling, QA & reporting on In-Game Storefront activations – including leading on strategic, tech & efficiency improvements. Creativity: Collaborate closely with 2K's creative team to design visually captivating creative. Marketing Tech: Collaborate with the marketing technology teams on all things Owned tech such as audience creation, data architecture, Email opt-in flows and pre/post-Launch setup. Communication and Reporting: Provide information, updates & reporting to various stakeholders (internal or external partners) on ongoing and past activations. Relationship Management: Work with multiple stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment on strategy and the effective delivery of marketing plans. Team Management: Manage the work of junior team members & take responsibility for their learning & development. Owned: Learn, engage & knowledge-share with the wider Owned Team working across other titles to increase your understanding of cross-channel campaigns - equipping you with key skills, unrivalled knowledge and vital learnings to hone for your title(s). What Skills are Needed: Ideally Gaming & Product Savvy: Some familiarity with popular 2K titles is desirable. Data Dynamo: Highly skilled in numeracy and analytics. Capable of sifting through large datasets, creating reports for senior stakeholders, and identifying trends to drive data-driven business decisions. Pixel-Perfect: Meticulous attention to detail ensures flawless Owned campaigns delivered to millions of 2K players. Initiative Igniter: A self-starter who fearlessly tackles new challenges, questions the status quo, and brings a fresh perspective to the table. Forward-Thinking Strategist: Proactively organizes tasks and future-proofs solutions, ensuring that high-impact work takes precedence. Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal and external teams, emphasizing relationship management as a key aspect of the role and management of expectations in a fast-paced, dynamic role. Team Management: Previous experience working in and with team members of various experience levels is desirable. Workload Management: Ability to be autonomous and self-manage, prioritizing workload accordingly.
