We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Manager to lead our content marketing agency's search and marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) and be able to manage a team of experts to drive traffic and conversions for our clients, as well as test new search-oriented initiatives and channels such as YouTube.

About the position: Develop and implement a comprehensive search and marketing strategy that aligns with our clients' goals and objectivesLead and represent the search team across the organization and oversee account performancePitch potential clients on Google Ads channels including Search, Discovery, and VideoConduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and growth to improve search engine rankings, increase website traffic, and drive conversionsHands-on experience with search bidding, website tracking, competitive monitoring, and reporting platformsMonitor and report on search performance metrics to continually optimize and improve our search strategyDevelop and manage search and marketing budgets to maximize ROICollaborate with our content creation team to ensure content is optimized for search enginesStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the effectiveness of our search and marketing effortsBuild relationships with internal account teams and external partners, such as publishers and influencers, to amplify our search and marketing reachTest new channels associated with SEM, i.e.
