Key Responsibilities: Support optimal financial outcomes by delivering accurate and timely financial reports.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members as needed.
Oversee subcontractor packages, handling payments, and managing supplier relationships while performing standard Quantity Surveyor duties.
Prepare precise cost/value reconciliation reports.
Manage various construction contract forms, handling variations and final accounts.
Ensure accurate and timely project reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor.
Draft and review subcontract orders in line with company policies.
Attend meetings with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and other specialists to ensure project alignment.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline with at least 5 years of post-graduate experience.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Extensive experience within the main contracting sector.
Skilled in managing subcontractor accounts and agreements.
Familiarity with the PWC form of contract.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
