As a Market Responsibility Specialist supporting France, you will be responsible for ensuring that we are constantly growing our understanding of trends and risks from France on YouTube. You will proactively monitor trends and intelligence sources, help to launch new product features with market and language knowledge and ensure our enforcement guidelines are informed by your market knowledge.
In this role, you will help implement and enforce our policies across millions of pieces of content videos, as well as define and implement operational plans globally, liaising and working with stakeholders in areas like Engineering, Vendor Operations, Analytics, Public Policy, Public Relations, Partnerships and Legal. This role may review graphic, controversial, and sometimes offensive video content during team escalations in line with YouTube's Community Guidelines.
ResponsibilitiesMonitor sources to identify market trends and operating patterns that pose a threat.Triage risks/threats, prepare risk assessments of threats and action plans based on gathered market knowledge. Cover regional events and escalations like elections, natural disasters or violent attacks. Act as the main point of contact to ensure that they are triaged, tracked, investigated, resolved and communicated accurately.Drive and support the launch of news related product features, as well as responsibility projects in the region.Partner with our enforcement teams to improve the quality of the regional language workflows.
