Marketing Administrator - Galway

Supermac's are looking for a person with an outgoing personality to join their team. Reporting directly into the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the team in the smooth running of a fast-paced Marketing Department.
Key responsibilities include: Supporting Brand Managers with the planning, pricing, and execution of marketing campaigns.Oversee the management of a busy design & artwork tracker.Act as the key point of contact between the marketing team and print suppliers for the purpose of managing quotes, PO creation, invoicing, and distribution of printed materials to outlets.Manage day-to-day administration requirements of the marketing office including generation of reports, file management, and invoicing.Dealing with different departments including the warehouse, HR, and accounts.Assist at events including official openings, family fundays, make and bake parties, marketing days, etc.Key Skills and Attributes for the role: Organised with strong attention to detailAbility to multi-task and prioritise tasksTeam playerQualifications/Experience: 1 year of experience in a similar administrator or marketing assistant roleExcellent IT skills – Proficient in Excel, Word & PowerPointAn understanding of brand design and artwork management would be beneficialWhat you can expect:
