The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy to promote the clients brand and products.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer preferences.
Event Management Organise training and information briefing sessions with the clients suppliers for their installer customers Organise and run, in conjunction with the sales team, the clients stands at relevant trade shows.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results.
Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging content for their website, social media, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
Ensure all content aligns with their brand voice and messaging.
Brand Management: Strengthen and maintain the companys brand image and ensure consistency across all marketing efforts.
Develop and manage partnerships and collaborations with relevant stakeholders.
Digital Marketing: Manage the companys online presence, including website management, SEO, SEM, and social media.
Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Manage customer feedback and reviews to improve services and customer experience.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and spending.
Track marketing expenditures and report on ROI.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the renewable energy or related industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
