Customer Service / Digital Marketing Executive (Ennis, Co Clare) Key 2 Recruitment have been retained by an expanding healthcare Company based in Ennis, Co Clare to recruit a Customer Service / Digital Marketing Executive.
Company may have some flexibality with working house (ie 9.30am start) Key Responsibilities: Proactive liaison with existing customers to maintain contacts and prompt renewed orders.
Liaise with OEM to ensure timely deliveries and quality.
Maintain and update company website.
Manage any social media requirements for the company.
Follow up with customers on new products and services Skill Requirements/Competencies: Customer Service experience within a Logistics or Manufacturing company servicing international clients advantageous.
