A leading FS Consulting firm is looking to add a Senior Manager to support the continued growth of the practice.
This practice is a strategic partner to the broader Financial services industry to support Growth Strategy, Cost Transformation, Business and Operating Model Design & Large Scale Digital Transformations.
Day in the life: Partner closely with strategy/transformation leaders in some of the worlds largest financial institutions as they tackle their most complex challenges to improve their organisations.
You will also work alongside senior leadership Partners to develop & grow the practice taking a lead role both on the client side & commercials (from a BD perspective) but also in recruitment & mentorship & development of the team.
Lead the delivery of client projects and programs in your specialised area (open to experts in Product, Programme &/or Delivery Lead).
What you will need to qualify for this role: Min 5 years experience & track record of delivering on large programmes of work within FS (ideally Retail Banking, Insurance or Wealth Management) ideally in a consulting environment.
Financial services industry target operating model, domain & technology expertise.
Commercial individual with a proven track in building business relationships, identifying & converting business opportunities.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset.
