What You Need to Know Matrix Recruitment are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our client, a fast-growing and innovative company, based in Kildare.
What You Will Be Doing: Manage and reconcile inventory movements.
Serve as a key point of contact for multiple departments.
Prepare and analyse weekly reports.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and maintain data integrity.
Provide support to the Financial Controller, including producing ad-hoc reports.
What We Are Looking For: 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Strong communication skills and a self-motivated approach.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with Netsuite is an advantage but not essential Full detailed job spec available on request.
