What you need to know Matrix Recruitment are actively recruiting for a Production Plannerfor our manufacturing client based in the Kildare area.
This is a permanent role, excellent benefits on offer.
You are responsible for planning, coordinating, and keeping production on track while ensuring everything runs efficiently and meets quality standards.
Your new job Key duties & responsibilities: Create and Manage Production Schedules Plan and update schedules to ensure products are made on time.
Track and Order Materials Ensure raw materials and packaging are available for production.
Coordinate with Teams Work daily with Operations and Quality Control to keep production running smoothly.
Monitor Inventory Perform stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
Review Completed Production Verify batches and ensure all data is accurate and within expected ranges.
What are we looking for?
Relevant diploma/degree: Supply Chain Management, Production Planning or relevant to this area.
At least 3 yrs experience in production planning or inventory management.
Experienced in working with Operations, Quality, and Purchasing teams.
Production Knowledge: Understands demand planning, raw materials, and supply chain.
Numerical and Communication Skills: Strong with maths & strong communicator.
Tech-Savvy and Dependable: Proficient in software and consistently reliable.
