Mechanical Project Manager | Dublin | Commercial and DC Projects €70k-€100k per annum We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-profile commercial and data centre projects in Dublin.
As a key member of our project management team, you will oversee all aspects of mechanical services delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a Tier 1 M&E contractor on cutting-edge projects in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the mechanical works on large-scale commercial and data centre projectsDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plansEnsure project milestones and deliverables are met according to the contractOversee the design, procurement, and installation of mechanical systems, including HVAC, pipework, and energy systemsCoordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless integration of mechanical servicesReview technical submittals, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirementsSupervise site activities to ensure quality, safety, and environmental standards are maintainedConduct regular site inspections, ensuring the resolution of technical issues and project challengesIdentify project risks and implement mitigation strategiesAct as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholdersLead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environmentKey Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline5+ years of experience in mechanical project management, preferably in commercial and data centre projectsProven track record of delivering large-scale mechanical projects successfullyStrong knowledge of mechanical systems, building services, and energy-efficient designProficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)Familiarity with Irish building regulations, health & safety standards, and industry best practicesFor more information, contact Matthew at ******
