Mechanical Project Manager

AA Euro Group are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee a 28M construction project in Cork, on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role: Attend and actively engage in meetings with main contractor, clients and the design team. Ensure compliance with program schedules, materials, quality standards, and safety requirements. Handle programming, planning, and reporting for all project management tasks. As a successful Project Manager, participate in project site visits to monitor, review, and approve mechanical installations. Ensure that commissioning and testing are carried out in accordance with the quality plan. All other duties associated with the role. Requirements: A degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is necessary. The successful project management candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Previous work with a Mechanical Contractor in Ireland or the UK, ideally on Industrial or Pharmaceutical projects, is preferred. Strong knowledge of Mechanical systems, including HVAC and building services design. Previous exposure to Process Piping, Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC, and Clean & Dirty Utilities Piping is desirable.
