Key Responsibilities: Lead the on-site team with effective management and supervision of all personnel Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures by all site staff Guarantee compliance with health and safety regulations at all times Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of site activities Ensure that work is performed in line with best practices and complies with relevant regulations Coordinate activities with other subcontractors as needed Attend site meetings and address issues as they ariseRequirements: Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar role required Plumbing certification essential Good understanding and knowledge of HVAC industry an advantage Good knowledge of health and safety requirements A rounded knowledge of risk and compliance and demonstrable planning and project management skill Excellent time management and organisation Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines Excellent leadership skills and a team player Creative approach to problem solving Hands on approach Competitive package offered commensurate with experience Location: Co.
