Mep Planner

We are currently recruiting for a MEP Planner to join our Team.
This is a full-time permanent role that will be predominantly based in Dublin.  Key Responsibilities      Overall responsibility for the planning of all MEP works.  Produce programs ensuring that all key design, procurement and construction activities are captured.  Working closely with all project teams to ensure the schedule is being followed and excellent service delivery.  Develop, manage and update comprehensive MEP work schedules in line with project timelines.  Regular visits to site to conduct review of progress, identifying any delays, risks and reviewing with the team.  Ensure the proper allocation of resources (materials, workforce etc.
)  Proactively identify and assess risks associated with MEP works, proposing mitigation strategies and adjusting schedules as necessary.  Maintain full change records.  Skills & Education Required   At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.   Demonstrated capability in construction delivery.
